Words to Live By "Every team arrives at a lead play, a No. 1 play, a bread and butter play. It is the play that a team knows it must make go and the one that opponents know they must stop. Continued success with it of course makes a No. 1 play, because from that success stems your own teams confidence And behind that No. 1 play is the basic truth. That it expresses a coach as a coach and the players as a team. And they feel complete satisfaction when they execute it successfully. -Vince Lombardi That No. 1 Play is the FLY!!! Offensive Philosophy Sprint No Huddle Offense. We will get to the line in under 15 seconds every play! We will run 75+ plays a game. Run to Pass is 20% Fly, 40% Run, 40% Pass. The QB is a weapon both running and passing. OL 3 Fs (Fundamentals, Footwork, Finish) Cadence is Down,Hut,Go. Passing Game is concept based. (No numbers) Sprint No Huddle Offense with a easy to learn code system. 2 Trick Plays every game!!!!! No Huddle Philosophy Practice will be run at a fast pace during team portions. We will always have a goal and work like heck to reach it everyday! Effort and conditioning will be needed to run this offense.

Everyone will rep in during practice and games as long as they know their job. Job starts with alignment, stance, 1st step, assignment and FINISH!!! Each position is up for grabs every week. You must compete for your spot everyday!!!! Grades, unexcused absences, etc. will hurt your chances of winning a spot. Practice is EVERYTHING! Those who are there get the honor of showing the coaches what they can do! Competition is the key to unlocking your athletic potential. Sprint No-Huddle Offense Formation always RT/LT = Wide side of the field. If we are in the middle go towards our bench. QB will relay the call to team. If no cadence is given it is on 1. Red = 1 White = 2 Blue = 3 Stars = 1st sound. Cadence is down, hut, Go! Each player will have a wristband explaining the calls/jobs for their position. Wristbands will be worn everyday at practice. Wash them! (take the card out first) You are responsible for your wristband. Ice = Snow, Snowman, Blizzard Check = Changing Play Dummy Call = Moe, Larry, Curly Flip = Same Play other side Fly Run Chart All play calling goes off this chart. Whoever makes the tackle on fly is who we attack next. If DBs make the tackle keep running it!

Or Pass is open now as well In order to stop the fly someone is leaving a gap responsibility. Counter Scissors Around IZ Power Gap Gut Down Jet Missile Fly F Y Q T 6 Place to Hike the Ball Key to having teams respect our different snap counts! 1.

High percentage play because even when the route is covered we will roll away from the wide receiver to a three-tier route on the backside. With our three step drop game the quarterback will read the perimeter defense that is defending the wide receiver and decide whether to throw the called route or boot away. This gives our quarterback a chance to complete every pass, whether the defense shuts down the called route or if we boot away. All 3 Step Plays Tag the WR.
